Below are the steps on how to create a folder using the Dropbox app on iOS
iPad:
1. Open up the Dropbox app on your iPad and make sure you're on the "Files"
tab
2. Click on the ellipsis (.) at the top-right corner of the page
3. The drop-down menu that appears will give you the options to either
"Create Folder" or "Select" files.
4. Click on "Create Folder" and you'll be prompted to give your new folder a
name. Name your folder, click "Create", and you're all set!
