Hi Des
Open up notes app, then go to whatever particular note you want to share, then
flick up or down with one finger until you hear share note, then a list of
different apps will appear that you can share this note, then look for Mail and
tap on this, this will bring you straight to your email.
now your file should be attached in the body of your email, hope this helps,
