The final exchange club for 2018 found some of our participants in a very
festive mood,
Particularly Marian and Bob.
However some fine tech talk took place,
Bert showed Paul , how to label his buttons on his tv guide app,
Place two fingers apart and double tap the button , you want labelled,
Then when you hear three bleeps, and our prompted to engage the edit field,
Where you can label the button.
Michael showed Marian how to delete her favourites from the safari browser
Open safari, go to bookmarkes then favourites, then run your single finger
upwards, and when delete is announced, double tap to delete.
Paul rpported that his tv guide was finally downloaded successfully, and his
favourites selected, and the app is now working fine , thanks to Bert's
instructions.
We wish Cearbhall a quick recovery from his sickness, and
Wish all our exchange patrons a very happy Christmas,
And a very happy and healthy new year.
We will be back on January 7th 2019
