BOB and Paul, started with discussions on gadgets from the past,

These gadgets were great calculators and foreign language learning devices.

Bob talked about Proximety sensors on his Samsung Galaxy phone, allowing a

Who receives a voice call as an whats app message comes in, talking at the
same time.
One can mute the voice message coming in, and allow for a noise free call to
be continued without any interruptions.
Paul did not know that this was also available on his iPhone 7.
When the voice call is in use, and a message comes in loud and clear, one can
mute the incoming message by swiping across the screen , this mutes the
sound.
Eamon wanted to know what Groove music on his windows 10 desktop was for,
Cearbhall suggested it was a device allowing him to have music files on
other devices played, by transferring the information from other drives.
There was a discussion about reading articles from the journal and other
papers
Without being all the time interrupted by images and
Paul's pet hate the vertical scroll bar.

There was a short discussion on the voice scanner, Eamon /Bob wanted to know
how to access the voice scanner menu,
Paul thought this was part of the settings in voice scanner, where one can
select the speech rate and to change the voice.
