In attendance, Pat McCarthy, Marta Parkinson, Ken Walsh, Pat Walsh, Derry
Walsh, Ita carroll and Cearbhall O Meadhra on face time from Dublin.
Pat McCarthy told the group about the app Map Alerter. This app tells people
about sirveer weather in Ireland and if a road is closed in a area. Pat gave
the group a demonstration of this app.
Ita wanted to find out how to except a friend request on Facebook. A few
members explained to Ita how to do this. She also wanted to find out how to get
around the Facebook app on her phone. So we had a Discussion on some things we
thought she should know.
Cearbhall told the group about voice dream. He also told us about if you get
text in a text box in a word document and how to go about setting up a macro to
read the text.
The group had a Discussion on the different range of radio apps that are
available to download.
Pat Walsh gave us a demonstration on the all Ireland radio app.
Pat recommended that Ita should download the app called simple radio. As she
was looking to download a radio app.
