In attendance, Pat McCarthy, Derry Walsh, Ken Walsh, Marta Parkinson and
Cearbhall O Meadhra on speaker phone.
Ken was thinking about buying a I pad. Pat told Ken that you can purchase a
refurbished I pad on the apple store app from the IPhone.
Cearbhall told the group he bought a IPhone 7s during the summer. As he broke
the screen on his old IPhone.
This led on to Derry telling the group that apple offered him money for his
IPhone 5s. Derry is thinking about upgrading to a new IPhone.
Pat told the group on how to claim vat back on any assistive technology.
Ken was having trouble with his emails after he forwarded them on his IPhone.
Cearbhall seemed to be having the same issue. Cearbhall thinks this could be a
bug.
Ken and pat told the group about the app seeing ai.
Cearbhall asked Marta how did she find the app knfb reader. She said most of
the time the app was very good once you lined up the phone with the document
you wanted to read.
Cearbhall told the group about the app via opta daily. This app is used for
street navigation.
Cearbhall asked the group did they use borrow box. Derry uses this app and is
very impressed with it.
