Update on subscription to FB-Exchange:
I was able to unsubscribe Ita and initiate her new subscription. This action
sent her an automatic message asking her to confirm the subscription.
This means that the administrator can actually unsubscribe members/ I had the
impression that this part of the admin function was blocked by recent GDPR
rules.

in attendance, Ken Walsh, Martha Parkinson, Ita Carrol, what’s app
participants, Noreen Meagher, Jackie McBrearty and Cearbhall O Meadhra on the
landline.
Martha informed the group on how she got on using the template yesterday for
the local elections. Over all she found it very difficult to use the template
and had to get sited assistance.
The person that helped her found it very difficult to figure out on how to use
it.
Ken switched mobile phone providers yesterday. He moved from Vodafone to virgin
media and got a very good deal on his current package.
This led onto the group talking about what Mobile provider they are with and
how much they pay for their package every month.
Jackie wanted to find out if anyone had used a kindle. This led onto The group
talking about storage on kindle and iPads.
Noreen wanted to get peoples advice on the benefit of using an iPad. Ken and
Martha both gave their own benefits of using their one’s.
Cearbhall told the group after he signed into a new audible account. He
couldn’t seem to find the list of books on the iCloud on his phone.
Jackie told him after signing into the new account he needed to refresh his
account by going into profile on The audible app
Ita wanted help on subscribing to the mailing list again. Cearbhall is going to
help with this.
The next meeting is on 7th of December
