Dominique wanted to know on how to add different email addresses to her
iPhone. Jackie is going to help with this.
This led onto Derry telling The group. he had to get help linking his
Aircon email address to his G mail account.
Chris informed the group he was having trouble logging in to his Audible
account with his password. He tried to change the password but was
unsuccessful. Jackie and Ken came to the rescue and successfully changed
his password.
Martha told the group she helped Cearbhall to create a Netflix account. As
they wanted to find out could his braille display read subtitles on Netflix.
This led onto Cearbhall informing the group his Bluetooth keyboard was after
disconnecting from his iPhone.
Dominique Updated her software on her iPhone via iTunes. She said this took
a long time for the update to complete. The group advised her not to do it
this way.
Jackie wanted to know had anyone encountered problems after updating to the
latest software update. As when she is deleting characters. it makes a
clicking noise instead of speaking the characters being deleted on her
Bluetooth keyboard.
A discussion was had on the benefits of using the Covid app and how
accessible it is.
Dominique Wanted to know if she should turn on automatic updates to update
her software and her apps on her phone. The group recommended updating
them manually.
Derry wanted to know if he received an email and if Derry forwarded the
email onto someone else. Would the next person know that Derry had received
the email from someone else. The group Had a discussion around this topic.
