I followed your suggestions, and also checked Google maps, they all give my
correct location. I have checked my longitude and latitude, on my phone and
they are correct, as I already know my correct position

Just in case there is a geographic glitch in the area, could you see how
accurate Soundscape is? Or, perhaps, blind square, or Lazarillo? Any of these
will take a marker and you could see if that marker points accurately to your
house.
Failing that, would it be useful to contact the app developer?

My issue is with the FREENOW taxi app. I had my home set up as my pick up
address, which came up automatically when I used the app from home,and I
think if elsewhere it displayed that position. Recently the problem is as
follows. I live in a small estate off the lower churchtown road,and whin I
use the app from home it gives the pickup address as 17 lower churchtown
road.my house number is number 17, the pickup address is about 600m away.
How can I resolve this issue
