The second email address for the personal division access officer is a group 
email address. There is a number of officers within Revenue that can open and 
respond to the email’s coming into the group account. 

 

Either address can be used as a contact point in relation to claims for VAT 
refunds on aids and appliances or Local Property Tax queries or PAYE queries. I 
can direct the query onto the relevant area once received. 

 

For phone queries the contact number is 047 62145 where a voicemail message can 
be left and I will return it,  or my mobile is 0858584643 as we are currently 
working remotely.
