Iarnród Éireann has established a Station Customer Service Systems project

. The project’s aim is to provide up to the minute rail information to
customers where and when they need it. This project has been set up as a
response to customer feedback and the organisation’s desire to deliver a great
journey, every journey as part of its Customer Experience Strategy.
The objective is the project is to:
Provide high-quality information: Giving customers accurate, consistent and
timely information as they need it, across the rail network in Ireland and
through digital channels.
Enhance the customer experience: Delivering best-in-class customer support
on-demand, ensuring that rail travel is accessible, safe and secure for all.
Effective management and decision-making: Providing the Iarnród Éireann team
with the data and insight they need to improve efficiency and enhance the
quality of all rail services.
Planning for Investment – have your say
The company is now moving forward to define specifications for these
communications enhancements and planning the deployment of the systems at
stations nationwide. Customer feedback is a very important part of this
process.
