We Love: Dark Delights
Darker days bring longer nights, and while we may have got the spooks of
Samhain out of our systems, there's nothing like a good chill to warm the
system. Blind Panic has been created by Ciarán Taylor, working with members of
Sightless Cinema (and a host of other marvelous partners). Together they have
created what's billed as " an evening of fun and fear filled audio theatre in
the dark". It's performed by a cast of people with sight loss, plus live music
composed by Steve Wickham of Waterboys fame, and you may get a guest appearance
from Yorick the dog, pictured by Ann Marie Kelly. It kicks off on November 18th
at Solstice Navan, with a performance at Tallaght's CIvic Theatre on the 23rd,
concluding with the Dunamaise in Portlaoise on November 28th, from €8,
