I have just completed it using NVDA and Firefox. It is not easily accessible.
But the tab key worked through every option. It seems to land me on the last
option on the page by default but a persistent press of the tab key brought me
round to the prompt and to the options without any difficulty.
Including the charities, by the way.
I found the imaging at the end to be too much and gave up at the end after a
few efforts at responding! If I were not so disappointed in the NCBI I might
have persisted to the bitter end.
