Can you circulate the following notice
Anyone still intending to go to the above party must have their name with
Veronica no later than Wednesday 23rd January at 5p.m. No names will be
accepted for dinner after this date. However anyone wishing to come to the
afters of the party without dinner must have their names in no later than
Friday at 11a.m.
