Trust Theresa and yourself are managing during the lockdown. Grainne and I
are good but I think I'd prefer a lock-in to this lock-up!
Any chance, please, you could give a bit of a plug to a zoom sportscast I'm
leading next Tuesday evening (5.30)?

Hiya heads,
Just a quick note to invite you to catch up and have a fireside chat on Zoom
with Jason Smyth, myself and friends next Tuesday.
Vision Sports are late to the zoom party but we're hoping Nice2MetreYou, a
Vision Sportscast, can get loads of us together
Jason Smyth, our greatest ever athlete, will kick off our 35 minute
Nice2MetreYou next Tuesday evening at 5.30.
We'll be meeting the new kid at Vision Sports, Padraig Healy, who has some
great ideas on accessible trail walking (with guides for all us VI heads)
Our final guest next week will be swimming guru Frank Cullinane who has some
great tips on getting out the door (Frank is a young fella at 86).
I would love to see some old friends and familiar faces so please join in:
