With regards to the RT=C3=89 Player app, a release is due in the next =
week or two with a fix for the voice over function in place for the live =

I love this Player, it=E2=80=99s very accessible, and I don=E2=80=99t =
use the Standard Player anymore because I find the App much easier to =
navigate around. However I=E2=80=99d like the titles of the programmes =
featured in =E2=80=9CLIVE=E2=80=9D, VoiceOver just reads out a load of =
numbers, so I don=E2=80=99t know what the programme is until I double =
tap on it and then it plays. So the name of the programme would be of =
immense benefit to me. I=E2=80=99d also like featured a preview of all =
the programmes on =E2=80=9CHOME=E2=80=9D, it does read about three of =
them , their title and what=E2=80=99s happening in it, but then it just =
gives the programme title of each of them after that and no information =
about it. When it reads the first programme=E2=80=99s title and preview =
of it, it says, =E2=80=9Cone of five=E2=80=9D.

Radio Player:

When I want to change stations, I=E2=80=99ve to turn off VoiceOver for =
them to change, I have a little sight, but not enough to see the names =
of each station, but can see the coloured circles, and I was advised =
what they are, so I=E2=80=99ve to memorise each one, and where they are, =
so that I can change them on my own, so I=E2=80=99d like them to be =
labelled so that VoiceOver can identify them, because now when I swipe =
through them with VoiceOver on, it just says, =E2=80=9CBUTTON=E2=80=9D, =
and mmakes a bumph sound, and if they were labelled, then VoiceOver =
would announce their name. I only downloaded this App for Gold, and =
bought a DAB Radio for it. I love it that much! I used to listen to =
Sunshine, but now I listen to Gold all the time!

I love this App and am really glad that I downloaded it. I love all the =
=E2=80=9CPUSH NOTIFICATIONS=E2=80=9D that I receive before they reach =
the Radio/TV. However there is one down-side for me that really annoys =
me, there are far too many advertisements on the pages that I read =
daily, =E2=80=9DENTERTAINMENT, NEWS, SPORT, LIFESTYLE & =
CULTURE=E2=80=9D, and using VoiceOver, it converts text to speech, so =
reads everything as it=E2=80=99s displayed on screen, so is very =
annoying when reading an article and half-way through it reads =
=E2=80=9Dlink=E2=80=9D or =E2=80=9CPNG=E2=80=9D, whatever the add is for =
at the time! I=E2=80=99d like to see all these adds removed for =
VoiceOver users to have a much more enjoyable experience of using it. =
Also when it reads the titles of the article and if that story was for =
yesterday, for instance, it says =E2=80=9CToday=E2=80=9D or =
=E2=80=9CNOW=E2=80=9D, even if the story was published and happened =
yesterday or days previously, which is very misleading information =
altogether! And this is for all pages too! Example, Dolores =
O=E2=80=99Reardon=E2=80=99s funeral was on 23rd January, but the article =
said =E2=80=9CNOW=E2=80=9D after reading the article=E2=80=99s title and =
this was after days after it taking place! So I=E2=80=99d like the =
relevant information to reflect the story, and the exact information of =
the day it appeared on to accompany it!

I think that the best way for you to see exactly what I mean, is for you =
to turn on VoiceOver and activate the =E2=80=9CSCREEN CURTAIN=E2=80=9D =
which turns off the screen completely, so this is achieved by a four =
finger triple tap, and then again to turn it off!, this will let you =
know exactly how I access apps, and how difficult it is for me with what =
I=E2=80=99ve outlined above!
