Each episode will premiere on Thursday at 8pm from 16 July 2020 (for 5 =
weeks) on Sightless Cinema Youtube Channel. Each new episode will then =
be immediately available to listen to on this channel.

Established in 2014, Sightless Cinema is audio theatre or radio drama =
devised by blind and visually impaired people with theatre deviser =
Ciar=C3=A1n Taylor. Sightless Cinema is usually presented with surround =
sound in cinemas, but with no pictures. Blind and sighted audiences =
share an experience without need for mediation.
Sightless Cinema 2019-2020 is funded by South Dublin County Council in =
partnership with National Council for the Blind of Ireland. Supported by =
Contact Studios at Rua Red South Dublin Arts Centre.
Performance group White Cane Audio Theatre is supported by The National =
League of the Blind of Ireland, and Fighting Blindness.=20
Sightless Cinema was originally commissioned by D=C3=BAn Laoghaire =
Rathdown County Council under Per Cent for Art Scheme in 2014.
