Hi Michael, 

 

I’m attending a work shop in the National Development Authority (NDA) on the 
30th of November in my capacity as disability rep in Forsa union.  

Some time ago the NDA commissioned research to identify areas and services of 
public transport or lack of for people with disabilities.  

The next step is to provide feedback on the services to date and to verify if 
they comply with the code of practise.  

 

I would be very interested in hearing from blind and vision impaired users of 
all public transport and services a like so as I can bring any concerns / ideas 
to the table on the day while I’m in attendance.  

 

A short few lines by e mail to maddenm@xxxxxxxxxx <mailto:maddenm@xxxxxxxxxx>   
or a phone call to me if desired on 042 9353461 would be sufficient as I can 
note bullet points that I can expand on in advance.     

 

Could you circulate the above to all your contacts, I would be very happy to 
bring any ideas or concerns to the attention of those attending the workshop.
