These thing happen.
There is another wya which may work for you too which is press the window
and type in sy for system innformation app and press enter on it.
unfortunately I have to check it more because for some reason it is not
working to well the way I use to it.
I will get to you at the end of this week and try to tell you how you do so
please for the moment donot do my way as it may not work.
