Martha,
I see that Paul has already sent a nice short piece of advice. In my case, I
have "actions" available on the rotor. When I let the message title stop
speaking I then hear "Actions available". Once I hear that, I swipe down
with one finger to "More" and this opens quite a long list of things to do
with the message besides "delete" and "forward". However, "Forward" is there
at the bottom righthand corner of the screen as Paul indicated.

You can forward any iMessage - or SMS or MMS - to anyone else in your
contacts.
1. Launch Messages from your Home screen.
2. Tap the conversation that contains the message(s) you'd like to forward.
3. Tap and hold the message you'd like to forward.
4. Tap More....
5. Tap on the forward button in the lower right-hand corner.
