Hi Tony, My Sister has the Three mobile deal - the same one Gerry Kerr has for 40 euro a month for unlimited data and 350 flexi units which can be used as minutes or texts. This is a 24 month contract but you have to wait until 24 months has ended in order to receive an unlock code and make the phone sim free. You are spot on about the perfect 10 prepay from Eircom mobile as it may well be non existent then. With o2 being taken over by three, there will be less offerings and competition in 12 months time. Being able to get the vat off would certainly make the iphone 5 purchase cost easier to handle. Is it the regular form for claiming back vat on aids that one would use ? I've never filled one out but assume Revenue have some type of editable file that could be filled in and copy of receipt included to claim the vat back. Has anyone been successful on claiming the vat back - 23% I think it is on an iphone 4s or 5 purchase in a bricks and mortar store ? Best wishes, Barry On Thu, Jul 4, 2013 at 6:33 PM, tony sweeney <deirton711@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > That's of course the prepay deal if applicable. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "tony sweeney" <deirton711@xxxxxxxxx> > To: <fb-exchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Thursday, July 04, 2013 6:29 PM > Subject: Re: [fb-exchange] Re: Purchasing an iPhone Unlocked > > >> Barry, >> >> Great you giving all of that detail and Eircom sounds good from what you >> say. >> >> Okay, why not consider say going with the 3 deal and not waiting the 12 >> months or whatever, having the phone unlocked straight away. >> >> Contact me off list and I can look up the number for the company I use. >> >> There are a few companies who do this for about 25 euro. >> >> Tony =========================================================== The fb-exchange mailing list Manage account or unsubscribe: //www.freelists.org/list/fb-exchange Archives: //www.freelists.org/archives/fb-exchange Administrative contact: insight@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ===========================================================
