Just a reminder on our extra scheduled talk for the Roots Gardening group next
Monday 21st at 2pm:
In addition to the regular monthly meetings, Fighting Blindness have also
arranged for Ron Davies from the organisation Thrive
(https://www.thrive.org.uk/ ;)to present a talk on 21st June at 2pm (over the
Zoom platform). Thrive is a UK based health organisation that promotes the use
of gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of people living with
disabilities or ill health, or who are isolated, disadvantaged or vulnerable.
They have worked extensively with our colleagues in RNIB and we'd like to
extend the invitation to anyone who is interested in attending this talk to
