Hi Dominique,
the feature of adding and removing columns is not in a window to
accessible for us because of its layout. You'll notice why once you
reach that window. Follow the steps below.
Outlook 2019 but should work on any version after 2016
1. Press Alt + V then C
2. Press Alt + V then M
3. New dialog box contains a list. Make sure you are on "Current view"
item then Tab to "Modify" button and press
4. Another window. The focus should already be on "Columns" button.
Press it.
5. Final window. This is where you can add, remove, move up and down a
column. The new window contains two lists side by side. One shows the
available columns to add and one shows the in-use ones in the same order
as in the table header. Find the item called "Size" in the in-use list.
Set focus on the item and tab till you find the "Remove" button. If you
prefere, you can also use Move Up or Move down to just put the item
below the subject.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
-Adrian
