I've just read the "HSE PORTAL USER GUIDE" and what the "REGISTRATION"
entails and it said that ten minutes was the completion time to complete it.
I'm wondering is this achievable with a screen reader? Or am I better off
calling the "HELPLINE" for them to do it for me?
Have you completed it and how did you find it?
