I would like to let you know that on last Friday. this is an project
being done by HSE and it is just on giving feedback and using a app on a
HSE android phone or a iphone. Here is all the information is below:
We are interested in getting your insights on the HSE beta app we are
developing.
We will provide you with a HSE Samsung or iPhone with the pilot app on it,
during the session. As the pilot app is not publicly available currently,
it can only be accessed on HSE Samsungs or iPhone devices, hopefully you
can still take part in the session.
We are conducting user feedback sessions currently and can carry out the
sessions in a way that suits you best.
There is the option of doing it in our office building in Cornmarket. The
closest Luas stop is the Four courts, but there is a 600m walk up Bridge
street lower to our office at Address: 10-11 Cornmarket, Usher's Quay,
Dublin 8, D08 X8C6 (about 10 minutes).
If you use Dublin bus, there is the Francis street junction bus stop right
outside our entrance.
Otherwise, let us know a public transport stop that is close to you and we
can figure out the best location to run the session from there.
There is also the option of carrying out the session somewhere that is more
convenient to you, please provide us with other suggestions.
We also have car parking facility, Q-Park Four Courts - Usher's Quay,
Dublin, DO8 VP9C.
What to expect during the session
During the in-person session you will get the chance to:
• use the app and answer some questions that we will ask about it
• ask about your experience using health services
