If you already do an automatic backup to iCloud this would include the
information that you would like to transfer from one iPhone to another.
You would be restoring the iCloud backup onto a new device which would
transfer all of your data.
To check what is included in the iCloud backup:
Go to settings.
Tap on your Name.
Tap on iCloud.
Scroll down through the apps and you will see which ones are turned on.
Alternatively you could use quick start to transfer from one iPhone to
another. You can read about this at

I am using an IPhone 11, on bill pay with vodophone. My current contract
expires in early January, I do an automatic backup each night to the
ICloude. I am planning to buy a new phone directly from Apple, and get a
sim only from someone like 48. My question is: is there data on my
Vodafone sim that I need to transfer to my new phone, I am thinking of such
things as my contact list etc. i would also be grateful for information on
how I preserve this information and get it on to my new phone.joe
