[fb-exchange] I've discovered that when you evoke Alexa, instead of not knowing if she'd heard your command, you can set a tone to sound when you ask her name, before a command, and after.

Hi all!

You can have a sound alert tone played when you evoke Alexa, and before a
command is played, so to do this do the following:

Go into the Alexa App

Go to Devices

Go to the name of your device, EG.  Echo Dot And double tap

Swipe to sounds and double tap

Swipe to Request, Sounds, Start of Request, Turn toggle will be off, so
double tap to, on, and swipe to end of request, and repeat the following
steps as previously outlined.  This is a very useful tip that I thought I'd
share with you all in case you're not aware of it already!

Also you can change the Sound level to Base, Mid-range & Treble from the
Sounds Menu in Audio on the Alexa App.  This is achieved by swiping one
finger up or down on the individual ones.   The sound can be heard then
changing from zero to one hundred.

You can also change the Alarm sound tone from, Simple Alarm, to your desired
one within the Sounds menu too!

Regards.

Dominique.
