Dominique discussed the iPhone Health App which monitors your walking and
running steps on a daily basis as well as providing information on:
Activity
Sleep
Mindfulness
Nutrition
As well as showing videos for all these four presentations that can be
beneficial to one's requirements. You can also store your own profile by
filling out your First Name, Surname, Date of Birth and your health record
etc.
Annette needed assistance with familiarising herself with the Notes App.
Dominique suggested that a very quick way to achieve this, is to ask Apple's
trusty Virtual Assistant to create one. Siri can also set an Alarm, Set a
Timer for if your cooking and wish to set a timer for when something should
be turned off. Create a shopping list and add to it each time. As well as
open Apps.
Dominique also suggested exploring the Help function in Siri so that a new
user knows the exact phrases to say.
John also shared his wealth of knowledge on sharing very informative
articles with the list.
