Mary has got a problem with all her G- mails going to her "important"
folder rather than her inbox and noted that Cearbhall had sent her a
solution to adjust her options on the Gmail web site as follows:

. Log in to Gmail (https://mail.google.com ;) using a browser
. Click the gear icon in the upper right
. Choose 'Settings'
. Click on the 'Inbox' tab
. In the 'Importance markers' section, select 'No markers'
. Under the 'Importance markers', check the button next to 'Don't use my
past actions to predict which messages are important'
. In the 'Filtered mail section' directly below the Importance markers,
check the button next to 'Don't override filters'
Make sure to click the 'Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page
Mary also tried to find a way to add text to a WhatsApp message that she
was forwarding. After some discussion and head-scratching it did not seem to
be possible to do so.
Mary assisted Claire to download her audio files for the choir. These are
held in Dropbox and are accessed by a link sent by email to Claire's iPhone.
Mary noted that Claire should first delete all previous choir audio files
from her Dropbox account. Using Share on the web page resulting from Frank's
WhatsApp link Claire can copy the entire choir folder into her personal
Dropbox account.
John was helped to edit the name of individual contacts held on his
telephone contacts list on the iPhone.
Declan offered to provide Bob with a tool to extract data from an old hard
drive next week.
