Hello everyone,
As you know the office is closed until further notice. We are holding a
completely virtual Exchange Club meeting on Monday. The meeting will be held on
Zoom, thanks to Stuart for the help in setting this up.
What is zoom?
Zoom is an online meeting tool. It allows everyone to have a voice call. Zoom
can be accessed through apps on iPhone, Android, Windows software or by ringing
a number and entering a code.
Where can I get Zoom?
When you click the below join link, you will be prompted to download the
software.
During a meeting.
It helps if you have a head set for the meeting. This is because sound from the
meeting or your screen reader may cause feedback and annoy everyone on the
call. Another option here is to turn off your screen reader during the call.
There is a mute function which you should use in the meeting. This means you
have to tap a button before you speak. This helps everyone to hear. We will be
on the call early to make sure everyone can use the software.
How to access the meeting?
On Monday, we are asking everyone to be online a bit early to help us figure
out any technical issues. The meeting room will be open from 10.30.
To access the meeting, simply click the link. This will open the zoom app on
your phone and select dial in by Internet.
If you are having any technical issues, you can ring me on 0876806199 or
Cearbhall on 0833323487. Please only ring during office hours. There are
options to dial in as well, and I can pass these onto you if needed.
