NCBI is rebranding. Get involved in the consultation process!

NCBI is rebranding in 2022! It presents an exciting and unique opportunity
to present a more modern and inclusive organisation to all our service
users, both present and future, as well as to all our other key stakeholders
such as donors, clinicians, supporters, customers etc. NCBI will be
following in the path of similar international organisations who moved away
from institutional names to more modern ones e.g. Sight Scotland, Vision
Australia.
This decision is not being taken lightly and extensive preparatory work was
undertaken prior to Covid19 pandemic. That work involved consultation with
all the main stakeholders and it informed us how NCBI is currently viewed
and the challenges and confusion that our name presents.
Given the time that has lapsed since our original consultation phase and
upon receiving mixed feedback on the proposed name, we want to engage
service users again to hear your views on proposed names, taglines and to
offer your own suggestions too.

how you can get involved:

If you wish to receive a phone call to assist you to complete the online
survey, please register your interest by replying to this email with your
contact details or by calling 1800 911 250 to request a call back. An NCBI
team member will phone you back on Wednesday 15th June between 1pm-4pm to
talk you through the survey and obtain your answers.
Join one of our online focus groups via TEAMs, which will happen at 11am on
Thursday 16th June and Friday 17th June. To help us manage the number of
attendees, please register for either event using the button below:
