Hi Declan,
To navigate headings, etc. you need to have the browse mode on. This is
toggled by pressing NVDA + space Bar.
Once the browse mode is active, you can move from heading to heading by
pressing the letter "h". this will not care what level the heading is at but
simply moves from one heading to the next.
A more controlled way to navigate is by using the headings at a single level.
To jump from Heading 1 to Heading 1 just type "1" on the number row on the
main keyboard. For level 2 headings just type the number "2" and so on.
