Do you need to recognise the table structure in these emails? I would suspect
not!
You can turn off "Table Recognition! In the document settings
(NVDA+control+d).
There are quite a few table settings that you could try out if turning off
the table recognition silences too much about the structure of the message.
Remember to press NVDA+control+c to save the configuration once you are
satisfied with the adjustment to the document settings.

I get a lot of news letter style emails in outlook and reading them is really
difficult with NVDA. It says out of table 4 times at the end of each line. Is
there a way to turn this off? I know most of them I can view in browser but
it would be nice if I could read them in outlook,
