I think I have answered my own question, simply change name in Info settings.
If my name appears as my id instead of my email address in this message, then

Hi all.
Not very important in the scheme of things but I notice that my
identification in my messages to this group, and quite probably in all my
outgoing emails, is now appearing as my email address instead of my name,
which heretofore used to appear before I copied my info across from my old
computer. No idea how or why, just wondered if anyone knows where to go to
change it back to my name please?
