She will need to subscribe to the list personally.
If she clicks on the following link:
//www.freelists.org/list/fb-exchange
the home page of fb-exchange will open and she can enter her email in the
first edit field and then tab to "Subscribe" and that is all she needs to
do.
Let me know if she has any difficulty with it and, as list administrator, I
will help her out.
