Thanks for getting back to me. I am going to claim back the VAT on my JAWS
SMA using the new system wher I can send the details directly. I need to send
the Invoice which I received from Sight and Sound, this was sent to me as an
attachment to an email. My plan was to open the attachment and copy and paste
it in my mail for the refund

the PDF if you are simply attaching the file to the new email.
Could you explain the reason for opening the PDF first?
