I'm wondering have you tried doing a three finger swipe down in the area of the
updates in the app store. This might give you the revolut update. I had an
update 12th of March.

The other thing I noticed upon login; I was given an option to say it's not
me, or Eamonn O'Connor. When I clicked on my name and entered my passcode, I
was then told to update.
I am currently using iOS 15. Six. One. I have not yet installed 16. I did try
but I think I got an update failed message a few days ago.
I am using an iPhone 8; but assume the key components of iOS 16.3.1, should
install OK?
