Dear Fighting Blindness,
My name is Ella McLoughlin and I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science
in Product Design and Technology at the University of Limerick, under the
supervision of Dr Louise Kiernan. I am currently conducting research as part of
my Final Year Project. My project is looking to explore the barriers faced by
people who are blind or visually impaired while accessing and navigating the
digital world.
I am currently looking to recruit participants, who are blind or visually
impaired, for a short interview to better understand their experiences of using
digital devices. The interview would run for approximately 30 minutes and I am
particularly interested in hearing people's stories and insights that they are
willing to share. I was wondering if you had access to any suitable groups or
people that I could reach out to?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
