Microsoft have sent me the link to an accessible form containing four
questions. The purpose of this form is to provide a practice form for screen
reader users. The ranking question is no. 2 in the form.
The Microsoft enterprise accessibility Team has created a form with four
different questions including rating, ranking Likert and date.
