Recently, we have been finding it very difficult for new members to register
with fb-exchange due to the fact that they are new to the technology or are
just beginning to use smart phones, etc.
The instructions to admin officers managing discussion lists on Freeliss.org
is that only new members themselves can do the registration.
I have found that I can, in fact, enter the email address and verify that I
am not a robot. The email verification then goes to the actual new member
and not to me. The new user then clicks a link in the confirmation message
from Freelists.org and the job is completed. That way it will be easier for
new members to join up in future.
