Dominique,
1. Add sender to safe senders list
This means adding the whole email of the person you wish to add to
the safe senders list. If, for example, you wanted to add my NCAD email to
the safe senders you would add "omeadhrac@xxxxxxx" to the safe senders
list.
2. Add senders domain to safe senders list"?.
The email address is in two parts: The user name and the domain name. The
user name is the part to the left of the "@" sign and the domain name is the
part to the right of the "@" sign.
If you wanted to make sure that nobody in NCAD was blocked or treated as
junk, you would use the domain part of the email address such as @ncad.ie or
you could simply add ncad.ie (without the "@" sign).
Outlook help gives a very good description of the various ways in which you
can add to the safe senders list.

Does anyone know, in "Junk e-mail sub menu", what's the difference between,
"Add sender to safe senders list & Add senders domain to safe senders
list"?. And what is the benefit from choosing one over the other, and which
is the best option? I want to permanently unblock certain recipient's
e-mails, and I've unblocked the ones that are blocked, but this is only
temporary.
