If you need to record how long it takes you to complete a short task or
check how quick you can do a lap of your local park you can launch the
stopwatch app on your Apple Watch. The easiest way to open the stopwatch is
with Siri. Hold in the digital crown and say "Stopwatch" or if you have
raised to speak enabled say, "Hey Siri open Stopwatch".
On the watch face a start button will appear, VoiceOver will also announce
this. Just double tap on start to start the stopwatch. When you are finished
timing your task then double tap on the stop button. Your recorded time will
appear on the screen, and you can flick to the left to read this with
VoiceOver.
