The Be My Eyes app is a very popular app among the blind community. It helps
to connect you to sighted assistance and get help with small tasks through
the use of the iPhone camera.
We can make this app even more convenient with the use of a shortcut.
So how do we do this?
Open the Be My Eyes app and double tap on Settings. Settings is situated
along the bottom tab bar.
1. Swipe right until you get to Siri shortcuts and double tap.
2. Swipe right until you get to call volunteer and double tap.
3. Then swipe right until you get to add to Siri and double tap.
4. Now next time you need to use the Be my eyes app just say Hey Siri
call Volunteer.
