Thanks for the mail, and sorry for the slow reply. Things were crazy busy with
the launch, and I then went on a much needed little holiday.
Thanks for the feedback. I understand completely, the audio description on
downloads was delayed. Iâm told it is on track for this year though.
Iâm not sure if additions to Voice Guidance are planned right now for Sky Q,
but will certainly take and share the feedback.

Eyesââ¬â¢ app.
Visually impaired Sky customers will now be able to access customer

team. Through these live calls, the customer support team can help to set
