11 participants made the return journey from Paris, to attend today. Tom,
kicked off, with and IPhone issue. Recently when he tried to charge his phone,
he received a message saying that the charge port was damp, and not to charge.
The cobsensus was that the charge port was damp, possibly due to the high
humidity. Tim also used be my AI,recently when he was away with a friend. Tim
was unable to locate his shoes when he got up in the morning,and he used Be My
AI. This described the room and helped him locate the shoes. When his friend
returned he asked why he was warring his shoes.there was some discussion about
we walk.when you change mode of transport such as going from walking to
boarding a bus you have to enter the app and advise the change. A major issue
with this is that the stick associated with the app is not waterproof,which
would be a problem in this climate. Aiden mentioned hat it wold be most useful
if an external camera connected via Bluetooth could be used for apps. Tom uses
Orcam,which is a stand alone device for reading books,he is reluctent using it
in public due the hug cost which is $400.it was suggested that the RTE player
should be compatible with voice description,suggestion was made that the tech
lab could work on this.information was given on how to connect PC with Zoom.
Go to audio settings. Some discusssion was had on the call Link on the
email.the email client converts the HPTML number to plain text and the link
brakes,Aiden will work on this.the meeting finished with discussion on the main
language spoken in Brusssels
