Thanks Stuart. This was eventually converted to plain text and it's up
to the email clients to identify the links and make them clickable. For
example, I am able to click on them in Thunderbird and Web but not in my
email client app on my phone.
I have disabled the humanize-mime as well and made this reply to html to
see if that makes a difference. I added your link again and hid it under
a text description.
