First of all, you can join a meeting on zoom by simply pressing the link
given in Declan's weekly email. You will not need to be signed in before
doing so. However, this will not be held in zoom's history of meetings
afterwards.
it is a good idea to signing to Zoom as soon as you can, so that all your
profile is available when you want to join a meeting.
To get the Zoom app to work by simply opening the app and selecting a meeting
you need to be fully signed in and to have a history of meetings. Since the
history probably does not travel with the user, I expect you will need to
build it up again from each meeting with a different group. By this I mean,
When you successfully get into an FB-Exchange meeting once, that event will
be established in your meeting history for good. Next time, you will be able
to access the FB-Exchange meeting from the meeting history. Likewise, if you
go to a mindfulness meeting, for example, you will need to do so from the
link which Declan sends out every week. Again, after the first mindfulness
meeting, mindfulness will be in your Meeting History.
So, the second time you connect to a mindfulness meeting it will be
available in the Meeting History. This way, a list of your regular meetings
will build up over time.
