A quick Google search turned up a few free choices that claim to be
downloadable as MP3. Have you tried any of them?
If you particularly want a screen reader to read the text then you could do
it with a recorder app on, say the iPad or iPhone and the screen reader on
the desktop to use JAWS or NVDA to speak the whole file in continuous read
mode. Would that be too cumbersome?
