not Jackie but you can ask them to send it to you via email. I did this on
Thursday or Friday, I forget and I was told I'd have a minimum of four days
before it reached me. That was before I knew about the app. just to warn you,
when I telephoned I waited at least 40 minutes and when I gave my email address
she insisted they didn't have it. I then began to spell it phonetically and she
said she didn't want me to do that. eventually she said she had it and that her
computer was slow. whether I ever received the email or not I don't know. there
is instructions on the paper certificate how to fold it nice and small and then
it's the size of your passport.

Hey all.
I received the paper version of my digital certificate this morning. I have
never experienced such an easy thing to add to the covid tracking app. It
only took seconds and I did this without sighted help.
The QR code is on the second page and I opened the covid tracking app and
scanned the phone around the top left of the page an it was done. There is
no need to take a picture but you need to give it access to the camera.
