Thanks, Paul,
I've been trying to manage deleting but It seems very inadequate with
VoiceOver. I found an excellent tutorial for doing single and multiple
deletes in mail that I cannot execute because Voiceover makes the gestures
behave differently.
Here is the reference if anyone else would like to have a go:
https://ios.gadgethacks.com/how-to/ios-13-makes-bulk-deleting-emails-apple-m

Note that this advice does not take account of VoiceOver. But it is worth
seeing if you can make it work!
All the best,
Cearbhall

Annette wanted to know, how to forward a photograph, to a friend.
Tap on photo selected and arrow right to the share button,
One can air drop to another iPhone user, or send via messages /e mail/whats
app/ or drop box.
Paul suggested she use whats app as the transaction will be free, while
sending via a normal text message usually costs money.
There was a long discussion on the failings of siri since the introduction
of ios 13,
And the performance of dictation has also suffered.
Bert and Paul complained about deleting e mails,
You delete one by running a finger down the screen, but you cannot go
immediately to the next mail to delete,
Your pushed back to the inbox after deleting one mail and have to start the
process again.
PERSONALLY speaking although I can use the virtual scroll bar, I find it
very iritating .
When dictating Mary/Bert/Eamon suggested in doing a long dictation over two
parts, dictate half the message, (read it to make sure everything is in
order),
Then do the rest of it with more dictation.
Bert shared a new app he uses to make his appointments clearer and neater,
its called,
Fantastical, and it makes his appointments on his calendar, neatly and on
proper lines, making it more legible and easier to understand.
Regards
Paul
